Our Process
As a participating broker in any of our loans, you will be protected. Our legal counsel will pay your fees at settlement (funding) off the HUD 1 settlement statement.

Once you have connected us with the borrower, we will deal directly with the borrower.

We will send an initial draft term sheet, along with any revisions, to all parties. In the term sheet, we will disclose your information and fee. Also, we will specify when the term sheet becomes a commitment.

If we approve the loan, we will notify all parties and send the commitment to our legal counsel to close the title work. We close as soon as possible on our loans.
